With a background in communications, leadership, and real estate, Michelle knows that growth starts with listening. She works closely with the team to spot opportunities, solve problems, and make it easier for partners to do business with Longleaf. She believes the best partnerships grow through clear communication, follow-through, and an experience worth coming back for.

Outside of work, Michelle loves reading and spending time with her family. Whether she’s cheering on the kids or tackling a project at home, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to the people and things she cares about.
